How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary depending on the products you order. As a general guide, most items are available to ship within 4-6 weeks. Some items are regularly available to ship within 1 week while others may take up to 12 weeks. Any items that are not typically available to ship within 4-6 weeks will note their expected availability within their detailed product descriptions (i.e., if a product description does not include an estimated delivery time, it will typically be available to ship within 4-6 weeks).

  2. Please also note: All lead times quoted on products in response to specific inquiries as well as delivery times stated in confirmation e-mails are our best estimates only. While these estimates are generally very accurate, we cannot guarantee them.

What is your Delivery Policy and What are the Associated Costs?

Product prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. You are charged initially for the price of the products then you are charged for shipment. After you have entered your shipping information we will calculate shipping costs using standard UPS and Freight calculations. Please note that furniture may be shipped in one of the following three ways depending on size, weight, location and desired service level.

  1. In-Home/Office delivery when Applicable: one shipping method is our In-Home/Office delivery service. This service includes delivery of furniture into a room inside of your home or office when required. In-Home/Office delivery service is available to most areas within the continental United States. If In-Home/Office delivery service is not available in your area, then Freight/Drop Shipment Delivery (Door to Door) Service will be used.
  2. United Parcel Service (UPS): Available for small items and other items and delivered to your front door or reception area in accordance with standard UPS Shipping Methods. If all items in an order can be shipped via UPS, then they generally will be shipped in this way. Please note that most large furniture items are not available to ship via UPS.
  3. Freight/Drop Shipment Delivery (Door to Door) Service: Available for medium and larger-sized items that cannot be shipped via UPS based on their physical weights and/or dimensional weights. Freight delivery service is available to most areas within the continental United States and typically provides delivery to your front door or reception area.Please note: Wood and paint finishes may vary. We cannot be held responsible for color matching due to variances.

    Please also note: Delivery dates given are approximate unless otherwise stated. Any/all claims should be made with the delivery professional upon delivery. In addition, we are not responsible for merchandise held for more than 60 days. Also, please remember that although every item we ship is packed well, damage to the box can occur during delivery. When you receive your order, please examine the box for damage. If it is damaged, please note that when signing for it, but please take the time to examine your order before assuming it is damaged. The are times that the package is damaged, but the item is not.
